glenda's lemon cake...

1 pkg yellow cake mix
3oz pkg lemon jello
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 t lemon zest

combine cake mix and gelatin, add water, oil, eggs
beat 3 min at medium speed
pour into a 13x9x2 in pan that has been greased on the bottom only
bake 350 (325 if using glass) 30-35 min
remove from oven, pierce all over the top with a fork
pour mixture of powdered sugar, lemon juice and zest over cake

easy and fast to whip up and makes the house smell so yum!...  serve right out of the oven with tea  :)
