at marley's pre-school they have several peach trees and every fall we are encouraged to take as many as we can. the more ambitious parents have canned them or turned them to jam and sold them back to the parents to raise funds for the school and such. well... anyway. i've done a cobbler, a roasted peach and arugula salad, and today, a peach vanilla bundt cake with peach soaking syrup.
(how can you make peach puree and not think of these?)
