Enjoying a new cookbook.  These recipes really do come together beautifully.

So far, 

I've made my own sriracha...it turned out excellent.  
(no sugar, brown rice syrup instead) A guy at Anthony's work bought a jar for $10...!!

mango + avocado salad with balsamic-lime vinaigrette

super crispy roast chicken

chicken burgers, thai style


crazy good fish tacos

lentil salad with mustard + tomatoes (i could eat this for lunch every day!)
